Clean Water Act

National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) permits are mandated for various site activities by the Federal Clean Water Act and state environmental agencies.  Construction, commercial, industrial, and remediation activities may require permitting or a permit determination.  Examples of the type of NPDES permits EnviroProbe personnel have assisted our clients include:

Waste Generation, Disposal, and Management Activities

Waste generation, disposal, and management activities may or may not involve a permit.  However, our professionals will determine that for you if needed and provide expert professional advice.  We can evaluate your process or facility for waste re-use and minimization opportunities.  You may need temporary hazardous waste permits or site identification numbers.  We can assist you in preparation of manifests, bills-of-lading, transportation, and disposal of wastes.
